GTH Initiates Search for Management Services Partner

REGINA, SK – March 7, 2017 – The Global Transportation Hub (GTH) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to identify a qualified management services provider to assist in the development and management of its 1,800-acre facility.

As announced in January 2019, the GTH is seeking proposals from companies (or groups of companies) with the abilities to lead land marketing and sales, property management and land development. The Government of Saskatchewan will continue to deliver regulatory functions related to the GTH.

The requirements for submission and details of the engagement are fully described in the RFP document, which is available for download at SaskTenders.ca by searching “GTH-MSP-2019”. The proposal deadline for the initial phase is April 17, 2019.

The process is open to all qualified proponents. MNP has been hired to assist with evaluation and to ensure a fair and comprehensive procurement process.
